Quote request privacy notice

When you request a quote, AIM Cedar Works Ltd. collects your property address, contact details, selected services and any property information you provide. We use this information to review your property, prepare an estimate and contact you about your request.

Maps and addresses

Address searches are sent to the Province of British Columbia's address lookup service. When the property map loads, your browser connects to Google Maps. These providers process requests under their own privacy policies. Map imagery and markers identify a location; they do not establish a legal boundary or a measured clearing area.

Your request

Quote requests are stored in the website's hosted database. We send an acknowledgement to your email address and notify our snow team so they can follow up. We may store campaign labels from the link you used (such as Facebook or an email campaign) alongside your request to understand which outreach brought you to us. These labels are kept in your browser for the current tab session before submission. Please avoid including gate codes, passwords or other sensitive access credentials in the form. Provide access instructions directly to AIM when your service plan is discussed.

We also store a hashed network address to limit abusive submissions. Information submitted through this form is used for the quote enquiry, not an automatic marketing subscription.
