What the photographs show

Reading the site photographs
The photographs show a shared drive aisle beside commercial units and access to their loading doors. Vehicles and snow at the margins leave less usable room than the full paved footprint suggests. Plow marks and residual snow are visible on the surface. An access route that has been plowed can still need a separate assessment for ice management.
A practical handover for a property manager
Provide a plan showing common drive aisles, loading bays, pedestrian approaches and agreed snow-storage areas. List delivery windows and the contact who can arrange vehicle movement. At a multi-tenant complex, identify areas maintained by the owner, strata or individual tenants. This gives AIM a clear starting point for the property review and helps the manager compare the proposed scope with the needs of each business.
