The property challenge
Vehicle access and pedestrian routes both matter at a claim centre. Snow storage needs to be considered alongside entrances and the way people move through the site.

Vehicle access and pedestrian access are different jobs
The photographs show two parts of the winter operation: an AIM truck and plow at the claim centre, and the vehicle approach with snow stored beside it. A vehicle route needs room for turning and approaching the building. A pedestrian route may include steps, narrow passages or entrances that the truck cannot reach. Those areas should be identified separately in the service scope.
What to include in a claim-centre or dealership site review
Mark the customer entrance, vehicle queue, parking rows and pedestrian crossings. Note when vehicles arrive and which parts of the lot remain occupied. Identify places where stored snow would obstruct signs, visibility or building access. AIM uses these details to review the clearing area and prepare the proposed services; the written agreement defines the work and treatment conditions.

We review your drive aisles, pedestrian routes, operating hours and suitable snow-storage areas before agreeing on a clearing plan. Salting and follow-up visits are set out in your proposal.
