IN THE FIELD / PEDESTRIAN ROUTES
The last few steps matter.
Clearing a parking lot is only part of the job. The route from the lot to the front door deserves its own plan.

The property challenge
Sidewalks and entrances can be too narrow for truck-mounted equipment. Trees, stairs, ramps and street furniture need to be included when defining the service area.
What the photographs show
A continuous cleared sidewalk and a separate approach to commercial entrances, with snow remaining outside the pedestrian routes. The photographs document the clearing work; conditions can change with new snowfall or freezing.
Planning a similar site
We identify the sidewalks and entrances in your scope, discuss access and agree on snow clearing and salting requirements. Include priority pedestrian routes when you request your quote.
